Do you donate items or gift certificates to local schools, charities and other non profits?

YES! We love to support local schools, causes and events! Please send your request at least a month before your event, and allow up to two weeks for us to approve and create a donation item or gift certificate for your event. In your request, a non-profit tax ID number must be listed, as well as a best contact name, phone number and/or email address. Please send all requests to:

What are your store hours?
A: We are open from 10:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, our store hours are from 10:00am to 7:00pm.

We are closed on New years day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

A: Yes, we provide complimentary gift wrapping services for purchases made in-store.

Q: What types of products do you sell?
A: We specialize in a wide variety of products, including books, crystals, incense, candles, spiritual tools, jewelry, home decor, and unique gifts.

Q: Can I recommend a brand or company? or request something?

A: Of course! Please tell us what is sweeping the nation, or what the latest discovery is! We want to know what you are interested in, what you want to dive into deeper, what you are obsessing over and can’t find. We can’t promise anything but we will see what we can do!

Q: Are you hiring?

A: We always keep resumes on file. When the time comes that we have open shifts - we call people from those applicants whose resumes stand out as being qualified to meet the requirements of the position. Please feel free to include a cover letter with your resume that includes any hobbies, interests, experience you feel would make you a good candidate, things that traditional resumes don’t reflect about you, but would be applicable at SoulScape. You know, crystals and yoga and meditating or the tarot and astrology and spirit guides, all the metaphysics - all the stuff that makes you - YOU.


Q: Do you offer a loyalty program?
A: Yes, we have a loyalty program where you earn points for every purchase made. These points can be redeemed for free products, giveaways, or discounts on future purchases. Our loyalty members are the first to hear of our promotions and special events, if they choose to opt in to receive messages from us. We use FiveStars so it’s super easy to create an account and manage your preferences in how we can contact you. You can opt out at any time from any message we send you.


Q: Can I place an order over the phone for in-store pickup or for shipping out?
A: Yes, we do this all the time! If you are across the country or down the street, we are here to help you. Maybe you can’t stop thinking about something you saw last week or you know your sister loves our store but you live out of town, give us a ring!


Q: How can I make an appointment to show you my product, or product line?

A: We encourage you to leave your catalog or line sheet (with pricing) for us to look at. Actual in real life paper catalogs keep us away from the draining computer screens for a few moments, but you may also email them to SoulScape@sbcglobal,net. We will contact you if we would like further information or would like to place an order. Be aware that we buy 3-9 months ahead of the season, and due to the overwhelming amount of digital and paper catalogs we receive, you may not hear from us if your products don’t fit into our themes currently. We are honored that you considered us to be a stockist for your brand, it’s the highest compliment to us, thank you!

Do you carry independently published books and local authors?

A: Yes, please email us all the details on your book, including the price, minimums, shipping info, distributor if you have one, etc. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a response and be aware that we stock books that fit into our current inventory, which changes frequently.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition, with original tags, unopen, unused and accompanied by a valid receipt and refunded to the same method of payment.

Items with a gift receipt can be exchanged or will be refunded as a store credit..

Items without a receipt will be refunded as a store credit at current price, provided that it has been an active item in our inventory within the last 30 days.

We do not accept returns on special or custom orders, sale items, crystals, aromatherapy, body or personal products including hair accessories.

holiday purchases after November 15th can be returned or exchanged until January 15th, 2024.

manufacturer defective products will be replaced if available.

Q: Do you host events or workshops?
A: Unfortunately, due to our limited space, we do not regularly host events, workshops, or book signings. We do have many amazing nearby spaces that do host events or have space available to rent.

Q: Can I book a private shopping appointment?
A: Yes, we can facetime, skype, whatsapp with you if you are not local, as well as we can offer a private shopping appointment outside of our regular store hours. Please contact us to discuss your needs.760-753-2345.

Q: Where do you source your crystals?

A: We have been attending the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show, among other shows, for nearly 25 years. We have built deep friendships and relationships with our vendors and suppliers, many of whom are the miners of the crystals themselves! There are no governing agencies to certify crystals or mining practices as being ethical or responsible unfortunately. We ask all the questions when buying from a new source, partly to vet the supply chain, but also because we are genuinely interested in the person, the crystal, the origin, the country side from where it came from. Ask enough questions and the decision becomes pretty clear whether to give someone money or not. Money has a lot of power to change lives, and we strive to be conscious of how we use our purchasing power. Crystals amplify the vibration of their guardians as well, and we generally steer very clear of those not operating with a high intention.
